The Hp Zv5200 Vs The Zv5410us

The zv5201 and zv5410 both come with Windows XP Home Edition.


The Pavilion zv5201us (series number zv5200) and the zv5410us were notebook computers made by Hewlett Packard. These laptops were similar in many ways, such as the operating system, but had five key areas of difference.


Processor


The zv5201us is equipped with an Intel Celeron 2.8 GHz processor with a 128 KB level-two cache. The zv5410us has an AMD 1.8 GHz Athlon 64 processor 3000+ with a 1 MB level-two cache.


Memory


The zv5201us comes with 256 MB of DDR-266 PC-2100 SDRAM, which you can upgrade to 1.28 GB. The zv5410us has 512 MB of DDR-333 PC-2700 SDRAM installed and can support up to 1.28 GB.


Graphics


The zv5201us is equipped with an ATI Mobility Radeon 9000 Integrated Graphics Processor with 64 MB of shared system memory. The zv5410us comes with an NVIDIA GeForce 4440 Go graphics card with 64 MB of dedicated memory.


Hard Drive


Both models have 4,200 rpm hard disk drives. The zv5201us comes with a 30 GB drive, while the zv5410us has a 60 GB drive.


Display


The zv5410us has a 15.4-inch WXGA high-definition BrightView widescreen with a maximum resolution of 1280-by-800 pixels. The zv5201us has a 15-inch XGA TFT screen with a maximum resolution of 1024-by-768 pixels.
