Improve The Sound On Msi Wind

Because of its small size, the MSI Wind laptop tends to provide lower sound quality compared to desktop computers. The laptop uses built-in speakers that may not be powerful enough to produce better sound quality. Improving the sound quality of your MSI Wind laptop is important so that you are able to get the most out of audio, video and game applications played on your device.

Instructions

1. Use external speakers as they are able to produce better and louder sounds than your MSI Wind laptop's internal speakers. Connect the audio cable of the speakers into the green audio port of your MSI Wind and then plug the speakers' power cord into an active power outlet.

2. Adjust the sound settings. Click "Start," "Control Panel," "Hardware and Sound" and then "Adjust system volume" under "Sound." Adjust the volume controller to maximize or minimize the sound.

3. Use the "Audio Troubleshooter" in Windows if you are experiencing sound problems in your MSI Wind laptop. Click "Start" and then type "troubleshoot" in the search box. Select "Troubleshooting" among the list of options. Click "Hardware and Sound" and select the problem you are experiencing among the list. Wait for the computer to detect and troubleshoot problems for you.

4. Update the driver of your sound device. Click "Start," type "Update" in the search box and select "Windows Update." In the left side of the window, select "Check for updates." If you are notified that there are updates available, look for updates for your sound device and select the check box for the sound driver. Click "Ok" and then "Install updates."
