Model Availability
Clark produced six different versions of the ECS 17 forklift. The models differ in all aspects of voltage, battery type, capacity rate per six hour time period, battery dimensions, total battery weight and minimum weight requirements. The ECS 17 models available include the 36-by-27 inch, the 36-by-30 inch, the 36-by-34 inch, the 48-by-27 inch, the 48-by-30 inch and the 48-by-34 inch forklift models.
36 Inch Models
All 36-inch models operate on a 36-volt system. The 36-by-27 inch model has a 18-85-23 battery with a 32.8 kilowatts per hour capacity. The battery measures 38.1 inches in length, 26.9 inches in width and 22.9 inches in height. The total battery weight is 2,736 lbs. The 36-by-30 inch model has a 18-85-25 battery with a 35.8 kilowatts per hour capacity. The battery measures 38.1 inches in length, 29.1 inches in width and 22.9 inches in height. The total battery weight is 2,988 lbs. The 36-by-34 inch model has a 18-85-29 battery with a 41.8 kilowatts per hour capacity. 48 Inch Models
All 48-inch models operate on a 48-volt system. The 48-by-27 inch model has a 24-85-17 battery with a 31.8 kilowatts per hour capacity. General Features
The Clark ECS 17 forklift has a number of general features built into the machine for comfort, safety and performance. The ECS 17 forklift features a triple mast and solid tires. The forklift is capable of side shifting and all models come standard with 41-inch forks. All models feature a SB350Gry Connector and a Term A18 Rider-Sit down feature. The minimum weight term for the ECS 17 forklift models range between 1,900 and 2,600 lbs.
