Emachine T1100 Specs

Released in 2002, the eMachines T1100 is a desktop PC from a brand of budget personal computers functioning as a subsidiary of Taiwan-based company Acer Inc. Based on the Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition operating system, eMachines primarily designed the T1100 for basic home computing.


Processor, System Memory, and Drives


Each eMachines T1100 has an Intel Celeron processor with a processing speed of 1 gigahertz (GHz) and front-side bus speed of 100 megahertz (MHz). The pre-installed system memory is 128 megabytes (MB). Also included are 20 gigabytes (GB) of hard drive space, a 3.5-inch 1.44-MB floppy disk drive and a CD-RW drive for playing and recording CDs.


Audio/Video and Communications


An Intel® DirectAGP 3D controller and AC'97-compliant Intel 82801 driver enables the eMachine T1100's video/graphics and audio capabilities, respectively. The desktop PC also has a built-in 56-kilobit (k) fax modem.


Interfaces


The eMachines T1100 has two USB ports: one in front and one in the back. Other external interfaces include two PS/2 connectors for the computer keyboard and mouse, and a MIDI port to connect MIDI devices such as a musical keyboard or a video game controller.
