Asus Mix Memory 333 Motherboard Information

The P4s333 could include an optional integrated LAN controller.


The P4s333 was a motherboard manufactured by ASUSTeK Computer, Inc. This board was originally released in 2001. The p4s333 is no longer available from ASUS.


Processor


The p4s333 supported Intel Pentium 4 processors with clock speeds of up to 2.0 gigahertz (GHz) or Intel Pentium 4 Northwood processors with speeds of up to 2.4 GHz. The level two cache for these processors was up to 512 kilobytes. The socket type for the board processor was mPGA 478. The chipset for this motherboard was SiS 645. The system bus speed for this board was 400 megahertz (MHz) for external bus and 100 MHz to 166 MHz for internal bus.


Memory


The P4s333 could support up to 3 gigabytes (GB) of PC-1600 200MHz double data rate (DDR) random access memory (RAM) or PC-2100 266MHz DDR RAM. The board could support up to 2 GB of PC-2700 333Mhz DDR RAM. Memory speeds for this board could be mixed.


Drive Connectors


The P4s333 motherboard could support up to four Ultra DMA (direct memory access) 100/166 devices. The board also featured a floppy drive connection.


Audio


The P4s333 system board included an integrated six-channel audio controller: the C-Media CMI8738.


Expansion


The P4s333 had one accelerated graphics port (AGP) 4x slot, one advanced communications riser (ACR) slot, and six peripheral component interconnect (PCI) slots for expansion. These slots are used to connect peripherals to the motherboard, including: audio cards, video cards, monitors and other hardware.


Ports


The P4s333 motherboard had many input/output ports, including: six universal serial bus (USB) ports, two serial ports, two personal system 2 (PS2) mouse/keyboard ports, parallel port, audio line-in port, audio line-out port, microphone jack and game port.
